When I was a kid, I loved model airplanes. As an artist, I took this opportunity to draw one of my favorite Spitfires, but flying over Diamond Head in Hawaii. My idea was to present this image as one of God's angels defending this island against another Pearl Harbor. This Spitfire, an aircraft with a fierce expression and powerful weapons, should also be remembered as being controlled by a pilot who wants peace to prevail.
